Product Description

One capsule delivers 125 µg vitamin D3 (5000 IU) plus 100 µg vitamin K2 as menaquinone-7, with 10 mg phosphatidylcholine as a carrier. The formula is free from calcium and unnecessary fillers.

What We Like

  • High D3 dose covers winter deficiency needs
  • Fermented MK-7 with 24-hour half-life
  • Small cellulose capsules, easy to swallow
  • Well-documented with study references

What We’re Missing

  • Not vegan (lanolin-sourced D3)
  • No child-appropriate dosage option

Usage Recommendation

1 capsule daily with a fat-containing meal, preferably at lunch. If blood levels are high, reduce to 1 capsule every other day and monitor 25-OH-D regularly.

Ingredient dossier

Low vitamin D levels are common in northern climates. Supplementation is comparatively well studied in deficiency; K2 is often combined but has weaker standalone evidence.
