Product Description

Neptune Krill Oil delivers 500 mg krill oil per softgel with approximately 120 mg EPA, 55 mg DHA, and 100 mg phospholipids. Also contains 0.6 mg astaxanthin as an antioxidant.

What We Like

  • Phospholipid binding is associated with a distinct absorption profile
  • Contains natural astaxanthin
  • Smaller softgels than typical fish oil
  • Certified sustainable krill fishery (MSC-equivalent)

What We’re Missing

  • Lower absolute EPA/DHA than high-dose fish oil products
  • Contains shellfish — not suitable for those with allergies

Usage Recommendation

2 softgels daily with a fat-containing meal. If you have a sensitive stomach, take at the start of the meal.
